1. The service

Mafia is an internal personal-finance and business-operations dashboard operated by Premmisus Inc.(“Premmisus”). The service helps the company’s founder track his finances, receivables, debts, and operational pipeline; surfaces AI-assisted summaries; and routes communications across Telegram, SMS, and the in-app cockpit. Access is allowlisted — only the founder’s pre-authorized email addresses can sign in.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without prior written permission.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at elliott@premmisus.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend access in response to suspected compromise.

4. Financial information disclaimer

Mafia displays AI-generated summaries of your financial position and may suggest reallocations, payoff strategies, or trade ideas. None of this constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Mafia is an information and decision-support tool; you remain responsible for every financial decision and action you take. AI outputs may be inaccurate or out of date; verify before acting.

5. Third-party integrations

Mafia integrates with third-party providers including Plaid Inc., Stripe Inc., Twilio Inc., Telegram, Vercel Inc., Sentry, and providers of large language models (Anthropic, Google). Your use of features that depend on these providers is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Premmisus is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or data losses outside our control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premmisus’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Premmisus in the twelve months preceding the claim, or CAD $100 if you paid no fees. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Premmisus may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these terms or for legal or security reasons. On termination, the deletion provisions of our Privacy Policy apply.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in- product. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
